As part of the activities of the 11th International Conference, organized by the University’s Human Resources Development Research Unit under the theme “Rare Competencies in Developing Countries: Assessing the Present and Anticipating the Future”, the event witnessed the participation of international professors and researchers from more than 12 countries around the world, as well as professors from national universities across various specialties.
The University Director presided over the opening of the conference and also officially launched the Global Entrepreneurship Week, which runs from 17 to 23 November 2025.
On this occasion, the University Director, accompanied by the university’s guests, visited the exhibition of micro-enterprises and academic entrepreneurship, organized for this event in the presence of the Director of the National Agency for the Promotion and Development of Entrepreneurship for the Wilaya of Sétif. The delegation reviewed various projects that have benefited from the agency’s funding and are now active in the labor market.
The activities of the international conference will continue over two days and will conclude with a set of recommendations.
