Operational Plan (ROADMAP)
1.ROADMAP: The operational plan constitutes a roadmap that outlines the tasks to be performed by each party or entity involved in the execution. It specifies the timeline and the interested parties directly involved in the execution of programs and projects.
2-Project: It entails the execution of one or more objectives, relying on the recruitment of all necessary human and material resources and the required timeline. The project is measured in terms of goal achievement, relying on key performance indicators (KPIs).
3-Project Work and Monitoring Methodology: It is based on the Deming Cycle principle: consisting of four stages: 1/ Planning 2/ Execution 3/ Verification and Inspection 4/ Improvement.
