The conference is hosted by ESIEE, Paris, in cooperation with committees and supporting organizations. ICT-DM'2019 aims to bring together academics and practitioners who are involved in emergency services, ad hoc planning, disaster recovery, etc., to learn about the latest research developments, share experiences and information about this area and develop recommendations. We invite you to submit your original technical papers, demos to this event. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the ICT-DM'2019 Conference Proceedings, which will be indexed in a reputed computer science index database (IEEE Xplore Digital Library). Accepted Full papers are limited in length to eight (8) printed pages including figures, tables, and references. Accepted Short papers are limited to four (4) printed pages. Please note that if your paper was submitted as Full paper but was accepted as Short paper you have to reduce its length to four (4) printed pages.
